LOCKDOWN TRENDS OR LOCKDOWN THREATS

Who’s noticed the new trend?

everyone’s actually blaming it on the ‘lockdown order’. The multiple IG live videos but one stood out.

The new trend especially with male celebrities where they’d start up a live video, ask their viewers or fans to call in and twerk for them using milk and stuff like that (talk about some weird erotica urghh).

Some even went as far as asking the callers to masturbate (rather disturbing if you ask me, save that for Porn y’all)

I mean are we all just going to keep quiet about this, it doesn’t make any sense.

I believe it’s wrong and just another way of objectifying the ladies.

What’s sick and disheartening about it all is the fact that in 2020 some ladies still succumb to this circus.

Don’t get me wrong I’m not being judgmental but like toolzo said you never know who’s watching, it just might come back in the future and bite them hard (Kevin Hart knows a thing or two about this) Worse? when they must have forgotten and a life changing opportunity presents itself, boom their past comes to haunt them...if there is anything we must remember it’s that “The Internet never forgets”

Now there’s another movement.

The people encouraging them to make the calls  that their body is theirs and they can do whatever they wanna do with it .
(If you ask me though, I just think they are all bored ๐Ÿคท‍♀️and will be the first to cast the stone years later when shit happens)

But I guess this lockdown has brought so many things to light.

Forgive my opinionated self, I’d really love to know what you guys think about this latest trend ?

Would love to get your views on this...So let me know in the comment section below๐Ÿ‘‡ ๐Ÿ‘‡ ๐Ÿ‘‡

  1. I swear, pastor David will always say ...dress the way you want to be addressed. I say show some love and respect to your self to be respected. I wonder what happened to our standards ,our values and morals. Am not trying to judge anyone but will your children be proud ?

  2. Maybe they are bored or they're just having fun, or maybe they're outrightly stupid, who knows??.
I'm more concerned at how all these will play out in the future of those who partook in it.

  3. First of all, boredom doesn't give you the right to be stupid sis (talking to them girls), i am going to try so hard not to sound judgemental but, damn some girls can be stupid, i feel like they all ignorant, one thing about the internet they all don't seem to understand is that it never ages, never forgets and has billions of receipts. If you bored, cook, read a book, watch a movie or do something reasonable, make money with the boredom, but don't succumb to stupid, classless and equally ignorant, sex starved perverted hounds to do foolish things on the internet and then justify your irresponsibility by saying ‘its my body i can do whatever i want with it’. How would you feel when you start making them billions and a negative video of you goes viral? Since those guys says the only way they can be useful in the society is to be useless, don't join them sis. I love y'all. #staywoke

  4. Firstly, I don't think doing what you want with your body is irresponsible. These women call in to the live videos they have a choice to actually opt out if they're not comfortable with what they're asked to do. Secondly, they should be allowed to Express themselves sexually, if doing provocative things online for men and even some women pleasure is what they want to do, leave them! We all have choices and they chose. Who knows why they do it? And I'm sure they're all aware of the consequences and benefits of doing stuffs like that on the internet. Women should do what they want even if it includes being a hoe! And having nudes, sex tapes or "negative things" on the internet does not affect your success what you want to affect your success is what will take Kim k as an example

The world is coming to end, lots of evil is unfolding and its only God that will save us.

Let's all train our children, pray for this evil world we are..God should deliver now a days youth, they are so idle and devil is taking over them.

The government also should try n do something about all this ..but I guess they will be like what concerns me ? Are they my children?
    THIS ....I REST MYSELF ABEG

MARRIAGE AND STIGMAS

As a young girl growing up, my mom  and her friends  often made remarks like “When you grow up, you will marry a rich fine guy and give birth to beautiful children’’ Now don’t get me wrong, what they said wasn’t at all bad, infact it’s a nice thing to wish your child. Thing is when I turned 15, I began to find myself not wanting all of that. To me, it sounded so limiting and i hated the fact that people made it sound like that’s the sole purpose of our existence.  I didn’t and I still don’t understand society’s need to associate success to the number of  kids a person has and their marital status. Whenever I make comments like ”I don’t think getting married is something I’d love to do”. People are quick to blame my parents bitter divorce and failed marriage. They’re not entirely wrong but that’s not the whole story.  Truth is, I just don’t understand why a lot of people especially in our African societies see the idea of ...

DEPRESSION AND ANXIETY AMONG NIGERIAN YOUTHS

Hi guys let`s talk about something that has been killing people long before coronavirus. Over the past few years , the number of suicides among youths have been alarming and it’s quite sad that in this country mental health is not prioritized nor is it taken seriously. No proper education on this issue whatsoever.  We have heard of cases where depressed victims actually reach out to their friends, siblings or in some cases parents about how life is tiring, hard or unfair to them and they were never taken seriously. Depression and anxiety are among the most common mental health conditions experienced by young people around the world. Research findings suggest that the number of youths who experience this each year is on the rise Often times the symptoms are either not recognized or the signs are ignored, passed off as part of a ‘coming of age’ phase or dismissed as normal mood swings.  Hence, these young kids do not get any help or medical attenti...
